Are you a night owl? Join our night shift team as an English-speaking Customer Advisor for a North American tech company. You will provide support to customers in a different time zone, enjoying a quieter work environment and attractive compensation.
Missions Principales
- Handle incoming customer support requests during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and resolve billing inquiries.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Profil Recherché
You must be perfectly fluent in English (native or C2 level). You are comfortable working overnight hours and have a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility.
