Missions Principales
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone regarding billing, account issues, and technical problems.
- Provide clear and concise troubleshooting steps to resolve streaming issues.
- Educate users on platform features and new content.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Profil Recherché
Fluent in English (C1 level minimum), both spoken and written. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your positive attitude and problem-solving skills are what matter most.
